For owners and administrators

One feed of what will cost care or money, who owns it, and by when.

Every authorization, note, claim and family update is a case with a stake, a deadline and an owner. You see them ranked, and you set how much each kind of action may do without asking.

You decide how much each workflow may do alone

Every workflow starts at Draft. You move it up one level at a time, and the next level states how many more reviewed runs it needs. Payer-facing, parent-facing and Texas SB 1188 work is capped in code, so a person always approves it.

Before and after

  • Before. Priorities live in spreadsheets, inboxes and individual memories. Owners learn about a lapsing authorization after the handoff that should have caught it.
  • With ABACare. Every authorization, note, claim and family update is a case with a stake, a deadline and an owner. The owner sets how much each kind of action may do without asking.

How it fits a solo practice, a group and a larger organization

  • Solo practice. You are the owner, the clinician and often the biller. The feed is the one place that shows what needs you today, and the draft does the paperwork you would otherwise do at night. The Practice tier is for a clinic where one clinician still owns most of the follow-up.
  • Group practice. Several BCBAs, RBTs and billing staff on one site. Each case has an owner, so work stops falling between handoffs, and you set autonomy per workflow rather than trusting every step the same.
  • Multi-site and enterprise. A group admin sees a practice-group view of dashboards, reports and clinic metrics, while each clinic's records stay scoped to that clinic. Enterprise is quoted with a scoped implementation, so talk to us.

Questions

Do I have to approve everything?
No. You set a level for each workflow. Clinical attestation and anything payer-facing or parent-facing always needs a person, and every other workflow starts at Draft until you move it.
What does the feed rank by?
By what is at stake and the date it bites, with the owner of each case named. The chain on a case shows which link stopped, so you know whether the next move is clinical, administrative or financial.
Can I look at it before I sign up?
Yes. The live demo opens the owner seat on a fictional clinic, with no password and no real client data.
