Guided workflow · synthetic clinic
Follow one case from evidence to a human decision.
Explore a governed care-to-payment path: evidence, a rule, a proposal, BCBA approval and a claim-readiness recheck. Choose a static role preview without an account. The authenticated workspace requires individual sign-in and assigned clinic access. Synthetic data only.
Walk one governed care-to-payment path
Explore the case before opening the demo. A machine can prepare a proposal; a BCBA decides; the synthetic case then rechecks readiness without preparing or sending an external claim.
- Evidence. A session note, an authorization, a payer record. The case starts from what was captured, not from a summary.
- Rule. A deterministic check reads the evidence against the payer's rule. A note that is unsigned stops here.
- Proposal. A controlled renewal proposal is prepared from the evidence. It is marked as a machine draft, not an external claim or message.
- A BCBA decides, then readiness is rechecked. A named BCBA edits, approves or rejects. The decision and a claim-readiness recheck are recorded; this synthetic demo does not prepare a portal claim, export an 837P, send to a payer or message a family.
Twelve seats, each with its own first screen
Each seat page shows a real screen from the demo clinic and what that role does with it.
What is real and what is not
- The product is real. Public previews show product screens and explain role workflows. They do not sign you in or grant that role.
- The clinic is synthetic. Seven made-up clients with linked authorizations, sessions, notes, claims and family updates. No PHI is in it.
- Nothing is sent. No claim goes to a payer and no message goes to a family from the demo.
- Workspace access is individual. No name or email is required for public previews. Use your individual account to access a workspace; clinic membership determines permissions.
