Terms of service
The terms that apply when you use the ABACare marketing site, the interactive demo, and the authenticated clinic workspace.
Who we are
ABACare is operated by ABACare AI LLC, a Texas limited liability company (Texas SOS file 6000004246). 'We', 'us', and 'our' in these terms refer to ABACare AI LLC, the operator of ABACare and the contracting party. Before October 28, 2026 these notices named Maya Modest LLC. Agreements made before that date keep their original parties until they are amended. ABACare is the product brand, not a DBA. Company site: abacare.ai. Contact: [email protected] or +1 346-420-5659.
Agreement
These terms govern access to the ABACare marketing website (abacare.ai), the interactive demo environment, and the authenticated clinic workspace. By using any of these surfaces you agree to these terms. Clinics on a paid plan also have a separate commercial agreement that takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Accounts and access
Access to the authenticated workspace is granted through a hosted identity provider and clinic-scoped capability checks. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed under your account. Clinic administrators are responsible for provisioning and deprovisioning users inside their clinic.
Interactive demo
The public demo is intentionally isolated from production clinical data. It is provided for evaluation only and may be reset, updated, or changed at any time without notice. Do not enter real protected health information into the demo.
Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) attempt to access data outside your clinic scope, (b) interfere with the integrity or performance of the service, (c) reverse-engineer the service beyond what is permitted by law, or (d) use the service to violate applicable laws, professional obligations, or the privacy of others.
Service changes
ABACare is actively developed. Features, workflows, and interfaces may be added, improved, or deprecated. We aim to minimize disruption for active clinics and to communicate material workflow changes in-product or by email where appropriate.
Third-party services
ABACare relies on third-party infrastructure and identity services to operate. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices may also apply when you use the service.
SMS program
SMS delivery is not currently enabled in ABACare. If a participating clinic activates an SMS program in the future, separate program terms, consent disclosures, message categories, frequency information, opt-out instructions, and any applicable carrier charges will be presented before activation. Consent will not be required to purchase or use ABACare.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Commercial customers receive the warranties and remedies described in their signed commercial agreement; nothing on this page expands or replaces those terms.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. Clinic administrators can disable access for their users through the workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms, for security reasons, or as required to comply with legal obligations.
