For BCBAs and RBTs

Read the draft, see what it rests on, and seal it when it is right.

BCBAs attest notes with the AI draft, the evidence under each sentence and what changed beside it. RBTs capture the session and see their shift, not a dashboard.

What an RBT does in the session room

The RBT's capture pad is built for a tablet in a session room, with frequency, duration, ABC and voice capture beside it. Captures wait on the device when the signal drops and sync afterwards. The wrap-up goes to the BCBA for review, and returned notes come back to a queue of their own.

Before and after

  • Before. Session evidence and review feedback live in separate tools. An evening goes to reconstructing what happened before a signature means anything.
  • With ABACare. The draft arrives with its sources. The BCBA edits and seals it, and the signature binds to exactly what was signed. The RBT's capture flows through without retyping.

How it fits a solo practice, a group and a larger organization

  • Solo practice. You are the BCBA and the supervisor of your technicians. The draft arrives with its sources, and your seal binds your signature to exactly what you signed.
  • Group practice. Technician captures flow to a BCBA review queue, and returned notes come back to the technician. The supervision case shows who is behind on hours, so a person can schedule it.
  • Multi-site and enterprise. A clinical director watches supervision coverage, treatment-plan drift and open quality alerts across the whole clinic, from one queue.

Questions

Does the AI sign my notes?
No. A clinician signs every clinical note, at any accuracy, because Texas law requires practitioner review of AI-generated records. The signature binds to the exact content signed, and the draft is kept beside the signed version.
What does an RBT see?
Their shift: today's sessions, the preflight brief, the capture pad and a wrap-up that goes to BCBA review. Technicians have no billing exposure.
Is session video part of this?
Where a clinic uses it, a consented recording is reviewed after the session and candidate moments are proposed for the BCBA to accept, adjust or reject. It is not a real-time monitor. The session video page has the details.
